It's 3am. The baby's crying.
When was the last feed?

You've both been up for hours. Your partner thinks it was an hour ago. You think it was two. You're too tired to scroll back through WhatsApp messages. Nanny Bot gives you one place, one tap, and a feed history that's always right — shared between both parents in real time.

Built for the newborn weeks

Every feature exists because a tired parent needed it at an inconvenient hour.

🍼

One-tap feed logging

Pick the ml (90 / 100 / 110 / 120 or type any amount) and when it happened. Done in under 5 seconds — one hand on the baby the whole time.

Automatic reminders

A prep nudge at 2h 30min, then a feed reminder at 3h — with the exact ml from the last feed. Never wonder whether it's time again.

👫

Shared with your partner

One code links both phones to the same data. Either parent can log — the other sees it instantly. No more "I thought you did it."

💩

Nappy tracking

Wet, dirty, or both — logged in the same two taps as a feed. Track nappy frequency alongside feeds so your paediatrician has the full picture.

📅

Daily history

Every feed and nappy change for any day, with totals and timestamps. Navigate backwards day by day with ◀ ▶ buttons.

🗑️

Fix mistakes easily

Tap Delete, pick the entry, confirm. Tired fingers make mistakes — nothing is permanent until you're satisfied.

😴

Sleep & wake tracking

Tap 😴 Asleep when your baby drifts off, 👶 Awake when they stir. The bot tracks each wake window — the time your baby spent awake — so you can see whether their alert periods are lengthening as they grow.

Charts that actually tell you something

Generated inside Telegram — no app switching. Tap a trend, get a chart in seconds.

Do more feeds mean longer sleep?

Two-panel bar chart tracking feeds per day alongside average sleep gap between feeds. See whether bigger feeding days genuinely lead to better rest — or if it's just luck.

14 days · Feed Timing

Is a routine emerging?

Each row is a day, each dot is a feed plotted at its time of day. When the dots start lining up vertically — that's your baby's schedule forming. One of the most satisfying charts you'll ever see.

Does a bigger feed buy more sleep?

Scatter plot of every feed vs the sleep that followed, with a trend line. It's the question every parent asks at 2am — now you have actual data to answer it.

14 days · Wake Windows

How long is your baby staying awake?

Each dot is a wake window — the time between waking up and falling back asleep. Watch them lengthen as your baby grows and their routine consolidates.

FAQ

Do I need to download an app?
No. Nanny Bot runs entirely inside Telegram, which you almost certainly already have. There is nothing to install beyond what you've already got.
Is my data private?
Yes. The bot only responds to chat IDs you explicitly authorise. Your feeds and nappy data are stored in a private database and never shared with any third party. The source code is open on GitHub so you can verify this yourself — or self-host on your own infrastructure.
How do I share tracking with my partner?
Send /share in your chat — the bot replies with a one-time link code. Your partner sends /join <code> in their own chat with the bot. From that point on, every log either of you makes is shared and visible to both of you instantly.
Is it designed for bottle-fed babies?
Yes — feed tracking is built around ml volumes. It works best for bottle feeding (formula or expressed breast milk) where you know the amount. If you're breastfeeding, you can still use nappy tracking and the timing charts; the ml features just won't be relevant.
What if I logged the wrong amount or time?
Tap /delete (or the 🗑️ Delete button from the menu), choose the entry from the list, and confirm. The entry is removed. Then log the correct one. Times up to 12 hours in the past can be set when logging, so you can backdate if you forgot to log at the time.
Can I run this myself?
Absolutely — it's open source under MIT. You'll need a Telegram bot token from @BotFather, a PostgreSQL database, and a server (Railway is the easiest option). Full setup instructions are in the GitHub repo.

before the next feed.

It takes 30 seconds to set up and you'll wonder how you managed without it by morning.
